“Tanztranzit” Festival

The international festival of contemporary dance that has been held in Kaliningrad since 2001 presents performances by famous dance theatres and dance companies from Russia and European countries. A significant part of the festival consists of workshops and master-classes with the leading contemporary dance teachers from Europe and Russia. Other programs in the framework of the festival include VideoDance, Biennale of Photoartists, seminars and conferences by the leading European journalists and art critics, and practical courses on cultural management.
